WAYNE BRIDGE showed he still has a Shaky Breaky Heart after refusing John Terry's offer of a handshake.
The love rivals met before their Premier League clash at Stamford Bridge
this
afternoon.
But Manchester City defender Bridge refused to look Terry in the eye as
he
passed off the gesture.
He ducked his hand underneath Terry's and immediately shook the hand of
keeper
Hilario before doing the same with the rest of the Chelsea team.
Boos rang out at Stamford Bridge when Bridge's name was announced. There
were
cheers for JT, while 'Team Terry' scarves, T-shirts and flags were
available
outside the ground.
TERRY ... daft
Bridge is fuming that fellow England star Terry bedded his ex-partner
Vanessa
Perroncel.
But the City ace had the last laugh as his team beat table-toppers
Chelsea
4-2.
Wales striker Craig Bellamy hit two goals for City and he insisted news
of
Terry's off-field antics was nothing new.
Bellamy said: "I know what JT is like and nothing surprises me.
"I think everybody in football knows what the guy is like."
Bridge limped off with a groin injury just before the end. But City
manager
Roberto Mancini hopes his man will rethink his decision to make himself
unavailable for England.
Mancini said: "I hope Wayne Bridge can play for the national team.
"I am sorry for the situation because every player wants to play for his
country. But it is his decision.
"I am happy for Wayne Bridge. It was a good performance from the team
and he played well."
